Multicyde was a pop, soul and hip hop group from Oslo, Norway. The band is best known for the songs 'Not for the Dough' and 'A Better Day'. For 'Not for the Dough' they were nominated for both the year's song and the year's music video under the Spellemann Prize 1999. The group consisted of Lars Larssen Naumann and Patrick Hauge. Silje Nymoen, who used to use the artist name Anéa, was a regular guest writer.
Characterized by the band's biggest hits was that well-known Norwegian melodies from film, television and popular music were sampled, such as Bent Fabricius-Bjerre's mouthpiece theme from Flåklypa Grand Prix in 'Not for the Dough', the theme of the TV series Fleksnes in 'Claptrap' and Sigmund Groven's version of Henning Summer's «Spring Search» in «A Better Day».
